Proximity to Aiguille du Midi, well-maintained pool and sauna, scenic balconies

The WiFi is painfully weak!!! It's frustrating when you can't even browse without constant drops!!! The room felt cramped and tired, and there's a dire need for clearer information about hotel facilities!!!

Just a top selection for a short layover in Chamonix with extraordinarily good value for money. The cafe downstairs served almond milk, which was a rare find.

We loved staying just a few steps from Aiguille du Midi and the vibrant streets filled with shops and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy our time in Chamonix without long walks. the front desk staff were super friendly and helped us find the best local spots to eat and explore.

We just returned from a fantastic 5-night stay with the family, where we loved our Junior Suite and enjoyed the lovely spa facilities, especially the sauna and steam room. The food at the restaurant was really tasty, and while the pool was more of a refreshing dip than a swimming pool, it didn't take away from our overall fun. A minor hiccup was a little mix-up at the front desk, but it was quickly forgotten since we had such a great time overall! 😊

The stay at Le Morgane had some real high points but also a few frustrating drawbacks. First, the location is unbeatable. it’s right in the heart of Chamonix. Just a short walk to the Aiguille du Midi cable car made it super convenient for our alpine adventures. The room felt spacious, especially with the lovely balcony view over the mountains—truly a highlight. However, there was no air conditioning, which made the room quite hot during our stay in July. Opening the balcony door helped a bit but introduced a lot of noise, especially with a nightclub right next door. I was a bit annoyed that the WiFi was spotty throughout our stay. it kept dropping out, which was frustrating, especially when we needed to plan activities. The service was a mixed bag. some staff were friendly and helpful, while others seemed disinterested or a bit grumpy. I tried using the spa facilities after a long day of hiking, excited for a relaxing experience, but it didn't feel up to the standards you expect from a four-star place. Overall, I loved the charming atmosphere and great location but would hope for better communication and amenities on a future visit.

The hotel features excellent coffee and a pleasant sauna, which made for a good start to the mornings. However, the room was cramped for a junior suite, lacking storage and feeling somewhat dated. Cleanliness was a concern as the bathroom layout was inconvenient, and the pool area seemed neglected with loose tiles and a scum line. Overall, the location was decent, but the experience didn't meet expectations.

We loved staying at this wonderful hotel with our family! The location was fantastic, just a short distance from the ski lifts, and we had endless fun exploring the breathtaking Aiguille du Midi. After skiing, the steam and sauna were the perfect way to unwind, making our days even better.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available at the hotel. It would be great to have some games or a playroom for children to enjoy while staying here.

Make sure to try the spa treatments. they provide an excellent way to unwind after a day of activities.

We had a wonderful time during our stay, with an amazing location just minutes from popular attractions and scenic views of the mountains. The breakfast offered a delicious array of options, and the staff were particularly welcoming and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. However, the bathroom in our room could use a bit more space for comfort.

The evening meal at the restaurant was a highlight, featuring a delightful local dish that added to the festive spirit of New Year's Eve.

we had a lovely stay at le morgane! the location was fantastic and close to everything. our superior room had a stunning mountain view. the sauna was a great way to relax, and we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast with excellent coffee. the friendly staff made us feel at home.
